AMOURÈ - Refund Policy

At Amoure, we guarantee the authenticity of all our perfumes. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is shipped.

However, we understand that situations may arise during delivery. We will happily replace your order if:

• Word of mouth will not be entertained, video proof while opening the package is required.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your damaged order. You can reach us by email at support@amoure.com.pk or through the contact form on our website.
2. Please provide clear video while opening the package as a proof of the damage.
3. Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement of your order.

Please note:

• We cannot replace products due to a change of mind or incorrect selection.
• This policy applies only to damaged goods received upon delivery.
